This Reptile Mod for Minecraft will add 14 different reptiles: 3 types of crocodiles, 3 of turtles, 6 of monitors and 2 of lizards into your Minecraft world. All those new reptiles cannot be spawned in cold biomes, nether or the end because the reptiles are cold-blooded.
One great thing is that those mobs are passive so they can be tamed and bred in order to make more babies, some are not so friendly they can attack you on sight so you need to take care.
Some few Reptiles that can be spawned:
Megalania mob: It eats cows, pigs, sheep and players, they are not tame-able but they drop leather and beef once they are killed.
Komodo Dragon: They eats almost any animals, its size is larger than other monitors, also they drop leather and beef. They can be tamed with raw pork and bred with cooked pork, but you must be careful.
Savana Monitor: It eats pigs and chickens. This monitor is very friendly so you don’t need to be afraid because they don’t attack players.
Desert Monitor: Eats pigs and chickens, it doesn’t attack players and can be tamed.
Giant Tortoise and Small Turtle: They can be spawned in most biomes that don’t have snow. You can tame them with red apples and breed with carrots
Chameleon and Iguana: Can be spawned in forest and jungle areas, can be tamed with red apples and bred them with carrots
