The Realistic Pain Mod will make all the fights from the Minecraft more brutal with some great violence effects. When you take damage from an enemy your blood may be spattered on the screen, the stains may vary in size depends of how big the damage is, or also it may spew out some blood particles that will leave splatter on the ground.
A great effect is that if you get hurt in an explosion, you will get dust and other kind of constructions particles into your eyes. To clear your screen of blood particles you must go in water. While you are killed by a zombie, your body will be resurrected as a zombie and in most of the cases there may happen a special surprise that will make you love this mod even more.
