Coloured Torches V2 Mod is a simple mod that adds some great content that is purely cosmetic, basically it gives you the possibility to craft 16 different types of coloured torches into the game. It’s not hard to believe that the torches are something really needed items in Minecraft, without them the whole world during the night time will be completely dark but even in the daylight while you’re mining the torches are required because them will emanate light in the mines. So all this being said you find out by yourself the importance of the torches in Minecraft but some decided to create this Coloured Torches V2 Mod in order to beautify the world with new colored torches.

Each new torches added by this Coloured Torches V2 Mod looks the same but the difference between them is that there are 16 new coloured torches that will make your Minecraft world look more interesting while you’re using them. You can easily mark any certain area with a different color torche, or also you can decorate your whole buildings or gardens with them. But to return back to the marking areas, the torches also will appear on your mini-map with that certain color, so they are really useful because you can mark the dangerous places.

To craft a new torch with this Coloured Torches V2 Mod is really easy, you will need just two materials, a normal torch, and a dye, the dye is really important because which dye you will use that color the final torch will have. A great feature made for this torch is that you can actually change the torch color if you right click them while you have a dye in your hand. The bad point of this mod is that it is available just for Minecraft 1.7.10, who knows maybe in the future there will be an update for all the Minecraft versions.
